How to Measure

Ask a friend to measure you while you stand straight and relaxed, without shoes, wearing only close-fitting clothing.

Body Measurements

Chest / Bust. Measure straight under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest or bust. Keep the tape level and snug — not tight.
Waist. Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, at your natural waistline.
Seat. Standing with feet hip-width apart, measure around your hips at the widest part.
Arm Length. Bend the elbow slightly, then measure from the centre back of the neck, over the shoulder to the elbow, and down to the wrist.
Inner Leg Length. Stand straight and measure from the crotch down the inside of the leg to the floor.
Head. Measure around the biggest part of the head, just above the eyebrows.
Foot Length. Stand and measure from the heel to the tip of the longest toe.

Measure over an undergarment or base layer only — bulky clothing distorts the result.
Keep the tape horizontal and comfortably snug; it should not compress the body.

A new Vardag backpack for everyday use with a design inspired by the classic retro Fjällräven ingenuity seen in our catalogues from yesteryear combined with recycled fabrics. It has a dedicated padded laptop sleeve against the back and a 17-litre main compartment. Internal mesh pockets, side pockets and the zippered front pocket will help keep gear organised, and if space is an issue, the lash tab on the front can be used to attach excess gear.
