How to Measure

Ask a friend to measure you while you stand straight and relaxed, without shoes, wearing only close-fitting clothing.

Body Measurements

Chest / Bust. Measure straight under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest or bust. Keep the tape level and snug — not tight.
Waist. Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, at your natural waistline.
Seat. Standing with feet hip-width apart, measure around your hips at the widest part.
Arm Length. Bend the elbow slightly, then measure from the centre back of the neck, over the shoulder to the elbow, and down to the wrist.
Inner Leg Length. Stand straight and measure from the crotch down the inside of the leg to the floor.
Head. Measure around the biggest part of the head, just above the eyebrows.
Foot Length. Stand and measure from the heel to the tip of the longest toe.

Measure over an undergarment or base layer only — bulky clothing distorts the result.
Keep the tape horizontal and comfortably snug; it should not compress the body.
Take measurements in centimeters for the closest match to the charts.

Created to be your favourite all-round trekking trousers in cold conditions, Abisko Winter Stretch Trousers are soft-shell winter trousers made of a double-weave, four-way stretch fabric with a brushed inside that makes them both warm and comfortable. Fabric made from a recycled polyamide, polyester and elastane blend with a DWR. Articulated knees and elasticated waistband add to their enhanced freedom of movement and adjustable leg endings with cinches to keep snow out. Zippered hand pockets and leg pocket. Perfect for winter excursions where you need freedom of movement combined with warmth, durability and protection from the elements. If you’re already a fan of our trousers, then you can expect to stay the same size in our Improved Fit if you wear an EU 34 through 44.
