How to Measure

Ask a friend to measure you while you stand straight and relaxed, without shoes, wearing only close-fitting clothing.

Body Measurements

Chest / Bust. Measure straight under your arms, around the fullest part of your chest or bust. Keep the tape level and snug — not tight.
Waist. Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, at your natural waistline.
Seat. Standing with feet hip-width apart, measure around your hips at the widest part.
Arm Length. Bend the elbow slightly, then measure from the centre back of the neck, over the shoulder to the elbow, and down to the wrist.
Inner Leg Length. Stand straight and measure from the crotch down the inside of the leg to the floor.
Head. Measure around the biggest part of the head, just above the eyebrows.
Foot Length. Stand and measure from the heel to the tip of the longest toe.

The waist and the upper front are made from a woven stretch fabric, that together with belt loops and a fly give them a trouser-like look. Practical leg pockets offer practical storage; a large one on the right-hand leg has room for a map and a smaller zippered one on the left-hand leg fits a compass – perfect for when you are heading out into the unknown. In addition, there is a pair of hand pockets with zippers and a little loop at the waist lets you attach gear or a light jacket close at hand. The fit and four-way stretch fabric provides enhanced freedom of movement, and it can easily be brought along to sit comfortably under a pair of shell trousers if it starts raining.
